Summary of Ampang

Ampang sits right against KLCC without the KLCC price tag — the embassy-lined streets of Ampang Hilir and U-Thant hold some of the city's most established high-end condos, while the wider Ampang Jaya area is full of older landed homes bought decades ago and now due for a proper refresh.

What draws people to Ampang is usually the same thing: proximity to the city centre, at a scale and price older neighbourhoods can still offer. Design-wise that often means working with a home that already has good bones — generous room sizes, mature surroundings — but finishes and layouts that haven't been touched in years. Less "start from zero," more "bring this up to how you actually live now."

We design for both ends of Ampang: the polished, higher-spec condo towers near Ampang Hilir, where the brief looks like a Mont Kiara or KLCC project, and the older landed homes further into Ampang Jaya, where a full room-by-room refresh is more typical. Either way, the same dedicated designer and the same flat per-room fee apply.

RM3,565 per standard room for the complete design service (RM5,485 for open-plan), RM1,715 for styling. An Ampang site visit is RM200, deducted from your project cost if you proceed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design for older Ampang landed homes, or mainly the newer condos?

Both, regularly — an older landed refresh and a newer condo design are equally common briefs for us in Ampang.

Is there a premium for being close to KLCC?

No — the flat per-room fee is the same across the whole Klang Valley, Ampang included.

Can you work with a home that's already partly renovated?

Yes — tell us what's already been done and we'll design around it rather than assuming a blank shell.
