Is this a real quote?

Yes, for the design fee itself — it's fixed the moment you pick your rooms and service, and it doesn't move once you book. What it doesn't include is the building work, which is quoted separately by contractors once we know your scope. For the reasoning behind these numbers, see how these figures are worked out.

Why does Interior Styling cost less than Interior Design?

Styling works with what you already own — layout, art, accessories and the finishing touches. Interior Design starts from an empty room: full design scheme, floor plan, technical drawings, contractor coordination and procurement. Different amount of work, different fee.

Does my finish level — Essential, Curated or Bespoke — change the design fee?

No. The finish level only changes materials and contractor works — laminate versus natural stone, for example. Our design fee stays exactly the same regardless of which level you choose. Essential is high-street and local retail — Ikea, SSF Home, Harvey Norman, Fortytwo.my, Kinsen Home, Joy Studio, Mumu Living. Curated is our own term for the considered middle, where most projects sit — Commune, Cellini, Fella Design, Poet Living, Crown Livin, Dadswood. Bespoke is imported and made to order — Space Furniture, BoConcept, Roche Bobois, Molteni&C, Flexform.

What about Procurement Concierge and Virtual Design?

Both are priced per project rather than per room, so this calculator doesn't estimate them. Procurement Concierge comes free with Interior Design; Virtual Design is quoted once we see your floor plan and brief — reach out and we'll get you a number.

Some rooms show as free. Why?

Utility/yard and foyer are each free once your project includes at least one bedroom and one open-plan space — they're part of how a home works, not extras we bill for.

How do I get the contractor and build cost too?
