U-Thant Residence sits on 2.5 freehold acres in Taman U-Thant — the Ampang Hilir enclave known as KL's Embassy Row — developed by Tan & Tan Developments and completed in 2009. Just 77 units across three blocks, with built-up areas running from 2,467 up to 6,803 sq ft, this is a genuinely different scale of condo living: units here are sized closer to a large landed home than a typical high-rise.
At that size, the interior brief looks a lot like designing a bungalow — real separation between formal and family space, room for a proper study or a second living area, and finishes that need to hold their own across a much bigger footprint. Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
