Bukit Jalil has grown from a sports hub — the National Sports Complex, its stadium and golf course — into one of southern Kuala Lumpur's biggest residential precincts, with Pavilion Bukit Jalil and the wider Bukit Jalil City development pulling in a steady wave of new condo towers alongside the area's older, established ones.

Few Klang Valley addresses centre themselves around movement quite like Bukit Jalil does — the golf course, the parks, the stadium precinct, a genuinely active resident base that runs, cycles and plays sport as part of daily life rather than an occasional weekend. That shapes real design decisions: proper storage for gear, layouts that don't treat an active lifestyle as an afterthought.

Bukit Jalil holds two different kinds of projects at once — older, established condos like those around Vista Komanwel with layouts and finishes overdue for an update, and freshly handed-over units in the newer Bukit Jalil City towers that are genuine blank slates. We design for both, and the flat per-room fee doesn't change either way.

RM3,565 per standard room for the complete interior design service (RM5,485 for open-plan), RM1,715 for styling. A Bukit Jalil site visit is RM200, credited back if you proceed.
