Our 6-step design journey
From the first conversation to the day everything is in place β here's exactly how our project runs

step 1
Let's get to know you
When you book a discovery call, we'll ask for a few key project details:
- Photographs/ videos of your rooms
- Your floor plan/ room layout
- What you'd like to change, and what stays
- How you'd like the room to feel and who it's for
- Your timeline and budget
No quote, no design work and no obligation until you're ready.

step 2
Let's start exploring
Project kickoffβ Once you've chosen the service that fits, your designer builds the brief with you:
- Measurements and floor plans
- The furniture and pieces you want to keep
- The flow and spatial layout of each room
- Your design concept and the feeling you're after

step 3
Let's develop your ideas
Time to designβ We start by clarifying the direction then build the scheme around it. Nothing is chosen at random.
- Finding the perfect balance and developing the design further
- Determining what your priorities are
- Furniture, finishes and the finishing details
- Initial concept for built-in carpentry

step 4
Let's get technical
We produce the necessary drawings to bring your visions to life:
- Finalised design for all fixed elements
- Lighting positions, sockets and any electrical requirements reflected
- Furniture proposal (if applicable)
- Overall budget review before procurement begins

step 5
Let's bring the place to life
Your room starts to come together and the design becomes a reality:
- Obtain all necessary permits for renovation work
- Liaise with all appointed contractors and suppliers to ensure it's delivered on time and according to the designs
- We procure, order and coordinate deliveries on your key furniture pieces

step 6
Let's make it feel like home
The final layer is where your space becomes yoursβ bringing together the personal pieces to tell your story:
- Balancing scale, proportion and colour
- Adding your story through family photos, keepsake and treasured mementos
- Creating little moments that make the space feel lived-in and personal
