Yes. A Klang Valley site visit is RM200 — and it's refunded in full the moment you go ahead with a project, so seeing your home in person never costs you anything extra once you commit.

The visit is where we take real measurements, check the light through the day, and spot the things a floor plan will never tell you.

Most studios in Malaysia price design one of three ways:

1. By the hour — every meeting, email and revision goes on the clock, so the total depends on how the project unfolds.
2. As a % of budget — the fee is a slice of whatever your project ends up costing, so a bigger budget means a bigger fee.
3. Per square foot — the fee tracks floor area, so larger homes carry larger design fees.

All are honest ways to work, and which one fits is your decision. We charge the fourth way:

Yes — and deliberately so. Because our fees doesn't change with what you spend, our recommendations are only ever about your home.

The design fee is ours; the furnishing budget and any contractor works are yours. We're a design consultation studio, not a design-and-build firm. We compile quotes from multiple suppliers and propose the best way you can utilise your budget.

That part is entirely yours to set, and it's separate from our design fee. Tell us your furnishing budget and we design to it — sourcing across price points and telling you honestly where spending more genuinely shows, and where it doesn't.

Because our fee never moves with what you spend, there's no incentive for us to push you upward.

A designer earns their fee in the mistakes you don't make: layouts that work the first time round, furniture that fits through the lift and past the columns, pieces bought once instead of twice. With a flat fee, that value is easy to weigh — one known number against the cost of time and expensive mistakes.

Yes. Our Interior Styling and Virtual Design service both offer a more flexible approach according to what you need. Speak to us if you're not sure which is the right fit for you.

A little wiggle room goes a long way. For any renovation work and purchases, we recommend setting aside a 10% contingency budget to cover the unexpected bits and emergencies that can pop up along the way.

Start with the rooms that matter the most. Interior Styling works with the pieces you already own. And if you choose Interior Design, the Procurement Purchase is included and Styling fees are 50% off — the fuller service quietly rewards you for bundling.

Once your designer hands over the shopping list, the concierge sources each piece across retailers, places the orders and manages deliveries. The coordination that usually swallows your weekends is now freed up.
