What are open-plan spaces?
An open-plan space — living and dining, with or without the kitchen, flowing as one room — is priced as one space rather than several rooms: RM2,635 for Interior Styling, RM5,485 for Interior Design and USD 349 (RM1,430) for Virtual Design.
Can you design just one room instead of my whole home?
Yes. Because we charge per room rather than as a whole-home package, we can take on a single room, such as a kitchen or living room, or an entire unit. You could also furnish the main living areas first and add other rooms later, if you’d rather spread the project out.
Do you charge for a site visit?
A site visit within the Klang Valley is RM200, waived if you go ahead with us. We arrange it after your free discovery call, if you’d like us to see your home before you decide.
Will my home be designed from a template, or is it customised to my unit?
We never design from a template or a pre-set showroom package. Each project is planned around your unit’s layout, your taste and, where relevant, the furniture you already own, with a dedicated interior designer working through the details with you rather than handing you a fixed “look”. The aim is a home that reflects the people living in it, not a repeated formula.
Can I work with you from abroad if my home is in the Klang Valley?
Yes. Our in-person services are for homes in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, wherever you live. It works best if you, or someone you authorise, can be there for key stages such as the site visit and the final handover.
Do you design condos and landed houses?
Yes, both, at the same flat fee: RM3,565 per room (open plan RM5,485) for full interior design, whether the room is in a condo or in a terrace, semi-D or bungalow. For a condo, we submit your renovation plan to the building's management and book the service lifts for deliveries. A landed home usually means more rooms to plan, plus a garden and a car porch to design around.
Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor?
Yes, through Virtual Design: for a home outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor we design remotely, over video and from your floor plan and photographs. Our in-person services, including site visits, procurement and project management, cover Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
How is pricing structured?
One clear fee per room, the same for every standard room and agreed before we begin. Never per square foot, never a percentage of your budget.
When should I start?
Around 5 to 6 months before you plan to move in. If you’ve already collected your keys, the next best time is now, so design and furnishing can start as early as possible.
