Ara Damansara is one of the newer names on the Klang Valley map — a planned pocket between PJ and Subang built almost entirely within the last two decades, dominated by modern condo towers and gated landed developments rather than the older housing stock found nearby in Damansara or Subang Jaya proper.

Almost every Ara Damansara project we take on starts from close to zero — a freshly handed-over condo or a new gated terrace with no history to design around, which is a different job to reworking an older home.
