Petaling Jaya homes, from the first terraces to the newest towers.
Selangor's original planned town — and the widest spread of homes we work across.

The two kinds of Petaling Jaya home
Petaling Jaya covers more ground than anywhere else we work, and almost none of it is uniform. The original sections — SS2, Section 14, Section 17 — were laid out as a planned town in the 1950s and 60s, and the terraces and semi-Ds built then are now on their second or third owners. Around them sit Uptown, Damansara Jaya and Bandar Utama; beyond those, the newer townships where most of the condominium stock is.
That range is the whole brief. An original-condition PJ terrace usually needs a proper reconfiguration rather than a refresh — kitchens closed off from living areas, wiring never planned for how anyone lives now, storage that was never designed in at all. A newer PJ condo is the opposite problem: a well-built shell handed over bare, where the work is layering in furniture, lighting and materials rather than undoing anything first.
We work across both at the same flat fee per room. Interior Styling is RM1,715 per standard room, the complete Interior Design service RM3,565, open-plan spaces priced as their own category. A Petaling Jaya site visit is RM200, deducted from your project cost if you proceed.

FAQ
Petaling Jaya questions, answered
Do you work on older PJ terraces, or only newer condos?
Both. A large share of PJ's landed stock is original-condition and long overdue an update, which is exactly the kind of project we're set up for.
Which parts of Petaling Jaya do you cover?
All of it — the older sections and SS series through to the newer townships. Same pricing throughout.
Is a PJ site visit charged differently?
No. RM200 across the whole Klang Valley, deducted from your project cost if you proceed.
When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys.
Can I keep furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built around working with what you have, adding pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it.
