19Trees is SDB Properties' gated development in Taman Melawati — 222 strata terrace houses across 14 leasehold acres, landscaped around 19 different plant species designed to mimic a tropical rainforest ecosystem. As strata-titled terraces, owners here get a landed-style, multi-storey home with a shared-facility management structure closer to a condo than a typical standalone terrace.
That strata terrace format means the design brief spans multiple floors like any landed home, but often with slightly tighter footprints than a freestanding terrace on its own land — so getting storage and vertical flow right across the floors matters more here than it would in a larger bungalow. The rainforest-style landscaping outside also tends to shape how owners want their ground-floor living spaces to connect to the garden.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
