Enso Residences is a gated, low-density enclave in Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya, near Bandar Utama — just 20 freehold boutique villas, each four-and-a-half storeys, with built-up areas from 3,744 to 6,332 sq ft. This is landed design at full scale: five to eight rooms and five to six bathrooms per villa, spread across multiple levels rather than one floor plate.
A four-and-a-half-storey villa is a genuinely different planning problem from a condo unit of the same total size — vertical circulation, which floor does what, and how furniture and lighting carry across split levels all need to be worked out before anything gets specified. We treat a project like this closer to a landed-home brief than a typical apartment fit-out.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
