Damansara Jaya (SS22) is one of Petaling Jaya's steady, established addresses — rows of older terrace houses and low-rise apartments a short walk from the Uptown Damansara food and retail strip, bought decades ago and, for most owners now, overdue for a proper update rather than a full rebuild.

Most Damansara Jaya projects share the same starting point: a structurally sound, well-located home with a layout and set of finishes that haven't changed in twenty or thirty years. We design around what still works — the plot, the bones — and rework what doesn't: kitchens closed off from living areas, wiring never planned for modern furniture, storage that never existed in the original layout.

Damansara Jaya trades a little of Damansara Heights' prestige for genuine value — walkable to Uptown, close to the Curve and Ikea, at a fraction of the entry price.
