Kwasa Damansara, starting from nothing

Summary of Kwasa Damansara

Kwasa Damansara is one of the newest names in the Klang Valley — a greenfield megatownship still being built out around its own MRT station, with tens of thousands of new homes planned across the coming years. Almost everyone moving in is starting from the same place: a home with no history at all.

There's no existing layout to work around here, no past renovation to undo — every design decision, from floor plan to lighting to furniture, is being made for the first time. That's exactly where a considered plan earns its fee fastest: get the early decisions right and everything after it is easier and cheaper; get them wrong and you're paying twice.

Buying early in Kwasa Damansara usually means buying on the promise of what the township will become — the MRT connectivity, the planned parks and amenities — as much as the home itself. We design with that trajectory in mind: rooms and layouts that will still make sense as the surrounding township matures, not just on move-in day.

RM1,715 per room for styling, RM3,565 for the complete interior design service, open-plan living-dining priced as its own category. A Kwasa Damansara site visit is RM200, deducted from your project cost if you proceed.

FAQ

Kwasa Damansara questions, answered

Is a brand-new Kwasa Damansara home too early-stage to need a designer?

It's actually the ideal moment — every decision is being made for the first time, and getting the plan right early avoids expensive changes once you've moved in.

Do you design landed homes here, or mainly the newer condos?

Both — Kwasa Damansara's new landed developments and its condo components are equally part of our work as the township builds out.

Can you plan a home to grow with the township as it develops?

Yes — tell us your plans on the discovery call and we'll design with that longer horizon in mind, not just for move-in day.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
