We’re Sundays in Bed, a Kuala Lumpur studio that designs and looks after homes. We’ve designed one home at Bangsar Hill Park, on Lorong Maarof in Bangsar, so these towers are familiar. For your Verdura or Talisa home, we price each room and sign the figure with you first.
Bangsar Hill Park is a cluster of towers of up to 57 storeys on Bukit Bangsar, where the Sri Pahang flats once stood. Each floor has eight homes around one shared core.

Ceilings and space
Homes here are compact for Bangsar. If you’re buying a first place on your own, or fitting a family into two or three bedrooms, we’ll help every part of it work and still feel calm.
If you’re in Talisa, your living rooms and bedrooms have 3 m clear ceilings and 2.4 m doors, taller than most KL condos. We’ll help you keep that height, without a low bulkhead to spoil it. Verdura’s isn’t published and may differ, so we check yours on the site visit.

If you love having people round at Raya
Eight homes share each corridor, so arriving begins at your own door. Shoes come off there, and Talisa hands over no shoe cabinet. We’ll plan your foyer for your family’s shoes first, and your guests’ too.
If your window faces the next tower
Some rooms here look straight across, only a few metres away. We’ll think about privacy first, because with two more towers planned, we wouldn’t design a room around a view.
The open kitchen
Most plans open the kitchen onto the dining, with a small yard behind, and Talisa has no gas. If a wok goes on most nights, a glass partition, a stronger hood or a wet kitchen in the yard comes before cabinet doors.
If you need a room that does one more job
The 2+1 and 3+1 homes have a small room off the foyer or kitchen. Helper’s room, study, store or walk-in wardrobe: in Talisa it comes without air-conditioning, so together we decide its job first.
If you’ve just collected your keys
We’ll keep what already works from your handover, including any furnishing package, so your budget goes where the handover stops.
How much would it be to have us design your home on Bukit Bangsar?
For a new two-bedroom here, the Sundays in Bed design fee is estimated at RM12,615–16,180; for a three-bedroom, RM16,180–23,310.
Your final fee depends on the rooms you choose, and is agreed in writing before we begin.

Within each level, the low end is the essentials; the high end adds extras such as a feature wall, LED strips and a kitchen island.
What the two levels mean
Curated. Melamine or laminate carpentry, quartz or sintered stone tops, the existing ceiling kept or a new plaster ceiling. Furniture from Commune, Cellini, Fella Design, Dezign District, Poet Living, Big Brain, Gudang, Crown Livin and Dadswood.
Bespoke. Detailed joinery, sintered stone tops, a plaster ceiling with detailing. Furniture from Space Furniture, Tekni, BoConcept, King Living, Ambient Living, Stanzo, Forest Furniture, Roche Bobois, XTRA, Urban Edge, Molteni&C, Nostaloft, Flexform, Janine and Chesters Collection.
How the fee works
Once we’ve both signed it, you pay in stages and the sum stays put. It doesn’t follow the contractors’ invoices, so choosing stone over Talisa’s porcelain changes nothing on our side.
Pair Curated finishes (Commune, Cellini, Poet Living) with our fee, and a two-bedroom in Verdura or Talisa lands near RM135k–242k altogether.
When every metre counts. Under 1,500 sq ft, your money works hardest on wardrobes, a foyer with room for shoes and the open kitchen, and seldom on Talisa’s new floors. Choose your type, then the rooms you want drawn; treat each figure as a guide until builders price it.

How these figures are worked out
Curated furnishes from Commune, Cellini or Poet Living; Bespoke from Space Furniture, BoConcept or Molteni&C. The 2+1 and 3+1 lines treat that small room by the kitchen as a study.
Our ranges include bedroom air-conditioners, a washer-dryer, hob, hood, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes. Talisa provides most, plus wardrobes in every type above 978 sq ft, so keep them and spend less. Talisa bathrooms arrive without vanities; budget those apart.
Furnishing to let?
A lighter, hard-wearing fit-out at our Essential level, quicker to finish and easy to keep tenant-ready, is one possibility, with furniture from Ikea, SSF Home and Harvey Norman. The design fee is the same at every level.

Who’ll take care of the paperwork and the neighbours for you?
Maybe your Verdura keys are already on the hook, or you’re counting down to Talisa’s in 2028.
Either way, one designer looks after your Bangsar Hill Park home from that first chat until moving day. We plan and run the work; builders you choose do it, once we’ve gone through every quote with you.

In Verdura, report defects first
Verdura completed in May 2025. Its statutory defect liability period is 24 months from your vacant possession, so send Bangsar Hill Park Development a written defect list before any contractor starts.
Talisa owners follow in 2028. DBKL’s permit generally comes via your licensed contractor, with management approving the works. No deposit, contractor hours or service-lift booking rules are published for Bangsar Hill Park yet, so we request today’s terms first.
Who will you be coming home to?
We design it around the people in it.
Each tower repeats the same eight plans up every floor, and Talisa’s show units were dressed in two developer themes, so we dress yours for your own household.
Two people working from home and three generations with a helper want very different things from a Talisa 3+1. So our first questions are who cooks, who sleeps over and what needs a cupboard, and your rooms are planned from the answers.

A Bangsar Hill Park home we designed
Roughly 1,450 sq ft, taken from a bare unit to finished for RM150,000–200,000, with the wiring, built-ins and furniture all in. That works out at RM103–138 per sq ft, where Bangsar’s median sits at RM114.

Verdura and Talisa, question by question
How do I choose an interior designer who has worked at Bangsar Hill Park?
Ask three things. Have they worked here? We have designed a home here. Is the fee in writing before work starts? Ours is, per room. What did past homes cost? Our Bangsar cost index shows ours: about 1,450 sq ft, RM150,000–200,000.
How much does it cost to renovate and furnish a Bangsar Hill Park unit?
Expect RM141k–260k to renovate and furnish a 1,345 sq ft three-bedroom at Curated (Commune, Cellini, Poet Living), or RM300k–631k at Bespoke (Space Furniture, BoConcept, Molteni&C) plus our fee. Ours here: RM150,000–200,000, on our cost index.
When should I start designing my Verdura or Talisa home?
For Verdura, once the keys are in hand and defects reported. Talisa completes in 2028; begin five to six months ahead, so drawings and prices are ready. Offered a furnishing package first? Talk it through with us on a free call.
Can the +1 room become a study or a walk-in wardrobe?
Usually. It sits off the entrance or kitchen, with its own bathroom in the 3+1 types. Talisa leaves it without air-conditioning, so a study needs a unit added. Designing it adds RM3,565 to our fee; left untouched, nothing.
My windows face the next tower. What can be done?
Plenty. Layered sheers with dim-out curtains, frosted film across the lower panes, and seating that faces into the room protect your privacy while keeping daylight. On the site visit we see exactly what each window looks onto, then choose.
Can a two-bedroom here take more air-conditioners or a second hob?
Check first. Talisa’s specification puts its two-bedroom types on single-phase power and its larger homes on three-phase. So before an extra air-conditioner, a second hob or an EV charger goes in, an electrician confirms the supply can carry it.
