Interior design studio · Bayberry & Arnica, Tropicana Gardens

Bayberry and Arnica, two phases of Tropicana Gardens.

Tropicana Gardens is one address among many we design for. See how Sundays in Bed works across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.

High-rise building exterior with glass facade

Arnica and Bayberry are the first and second residential phases of Tropicana Gardens in Kota Damansara — Arnica with 336 units from 600 to 1,573 sq ft, Bayberry with 413 units from 597 to 2,671 sq ft across studio, two, three and three-plus-one bedroom layouts. Being part of the same integrated township means both towers share access to Tropicana Gardens' retail and green space, which is often part of the brief — owners want interiors that feel like a natural extension of that setting.

Whether your home is in Arnica's earlier layouts or Bayberry's wider range up to a 2,671 sq ft unit, we scope the project against your specific floor plan rather than a single assumed layout for the development.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

One studio, every home

Frequently asked questions

Do your rates differ between Arnica and Bayberry?

No — our per-room pricing stays flat across both towers and every layout within them.

Is Tropicana Gardens within your service area?

Yes — same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
