Aetas Damansara is Avaland's leasehold development on Persiaran Tropicana — two towers of 47 and 48 storeys holding just 226 units, from 2,098 up to 3,273 sq ft across 3+1 and 4+1 bedroom layouts. Every bedroom here comes with its own en-suite bathroom, which is a genuinely different starting point from most Klang Valley condos where one or two bedrooms typically share.
That en-suite-everywhere layout means the bathroom count in a full design project is higher than a similarly-sized unit elsewhere, and each one needs its own material and fixture decisions rather than one shared design repeated across a couple of shared bathrooms. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
