Interior design studio ยท Polofield Residences, Kota Damansara

Polofield Residences โ€” semi-Ds and bungalows on the same street.

Polofield Residences is one address among many we design for. See how Sundays in Bed works across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor โ€” real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.

High-rise building exterior with glass facade

Polofield Residences is Mayang Tiasa's gated landed development in Kota Damansara โ€” 174 semi-detached homes and 8 bungalows, 182 in total, with built-up areas from 4,155 to 5,097 sq ft. This is bungalow-and-semi-D scale living rather than a condo, so the interior brief starts from a genuinely different baseline: multiple floors, private gardens, and rooms sized for real distance rather than a fixed apartment footprint.

At this size, the usual condo question of "how do we fit everything in" flips โ€” the challenge is filling the space properly so large rooms don't feel sparse, choosing furniture and lighting at a scale that matches ceiling height and floor area, and planning a coherent flow across a home that spans several storeys rather than one level.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design semi-detached and bungalow homes, not just condos?

Yes โ€” a landed home at this scale gets planned across multiple floors and rooms sized for real distance, which is a different starting brief from a fixed condo footprint.

Is Polofield Residences within your service area?

Yes โ€” same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5โ€“6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys โ€” that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
