Summary of Seputeh

Seputeh trades a bit of the polish of Bangsar or Mont Kiara for something just as valuable: genuine centrality. Taman Seputeh's established landed homes sit minutes from Mid Valley and the KL city centre, alongside a growing number of newer condo developments — a quieter, more settled alternative to its flashier neighbours.

Much of Seputeh's landed housing stock dates back decades, which usually means solid structures, generous plots and layouts that no longer match how a household actually lives — a formal dining room nobody uses, a kitchen cut off from the rest of the home. We design around what's worth keeping and rework what isn't, rather than treating every project as a full gut renovation.

Seputeh buyers are often making a deliberate trade: more space and better connectivity for a lower entry price than Bangsar or KLCC-fringe addresses. That value-conscious instinct tends to carry into the renovation too — which is exactly where a flat, transparent design fee matters, so the design budget doesn't quietly erode the value the location was supposed to deliver.

RM1,715 per room for styling, RM3,565 for the complete interior design service, open-plan living-dining priced as its own category. A Seputeh site visit is RM200, deducted from your project cost if you proceed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work on older Seputeh landed homes, not just new condos?

Yes — refreshing an established landed home is a regular project for us in Seputeh, alongside the area's newer condo developments.

Can you redesign just one outdated room, like an old-style dining room?

Yes — rooms are priced and designed individually, so reworking one space doesn't require redoing the whole home.

Is Seputeh within your normal service area?

Yes — it's part of our standard Klang Valley service area, same site-visit fee and same flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
