Kensho Residence, the smart-home-first condo.

Taman Danau Desa is one address among many we design for. See how Sundays in Bed works across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor โ€” real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.

Modern living room interior with couch and floor lamp

Kensho Residence was the first condo in Taman Danau Desa built with AI and smart-home integration as standard, rather than an optional add-on โ€” which means a fair number of buyers here arrive already expecting the interior design to work around app-controlled lighting, locks and climate rather than being retrofitted later.

At 310 units in a single tower, it's a lower-density building for its area, with layouts running 707 to 1,034 sq ft across two and three-bedroom types โ€” compact enough that we'd usually route smart-home wiring and controls into the design plan from the start rather than bolting them on.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Can you design around a unit's existing smart-home system?

Yes โ€” where a building like Kensho already has smart-home infrastructure built in, we plan the interior around it rather than working against it.

Is Kensho Residence within your service area?

Yes โ€” same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.
