At 310 units in a single tower, it's a lower-density building for its area, with layouts running 707 to 1,034 sq ft across two and three-bedroom types — compact enough that we'd usually route smart-home wiring and controls into the design plan from the start rather than bolting them on.

When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
