Condo Interior Design in Bangsar — from BRDB's original towers to the newest handovers.

Bangsar is one address among many we design for. See how Sundays in Bed works across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.

High-rise condominium exterior with glass facade

Bangsar's condo stock splits into two distinct eras. On one side, BRDB's large-format towers — Serai in Bukit Bandaraya, One Menerung, and the newer One Eleven Menerung — built at a genuinely landed-home scale, with units in the older two running well past 4,000 sq ft. On the other, newer, more compact developments like Residensi 38 and The Lantern, handing over 500–1,400 sq ft units to a younger, more transient buyer.

That split changes how we scope a project. A BRDB-era Bangsar condo gets planned closer to a landed home — proper zoning, statement furniture sized for real distance. A newer, compact Bangsar handover needs the opposite: efficient built-ins and multi-purpose furniture that make the most of a smaller footprint. We confirm which generation of Bangsar condo you're in on the discovery call, because the brief genuinely differs between the two.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific unit before anything is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design differently for an older, large-format Bangsar condo versus a newer compact one?

Yes — a BRDB-era unit like Serai or One Menerung gets planned closer to a landed home, while a newer, compact handover like Residensi 38 calls for efficient built-ins and multi-purpose furniture instead.

Does condo design here need to account for a management corporation or JMB?

Yes — most Bangsar condos have their own rules on renovation hours, permitted alterations and notice periods. We ask for your building's specific guidelines up front and design within them.

Is Bangsar within your service area?

Yes — same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
