One Menerung is BRDB's freehold Bangsar tower, completed back in 2009 — 229 units with built-up areas from 3,013 sq ft up to 10,291 sq ft. It was one of the developments that established the idea of a Bangsar condo as a genuine alternative to a landed bungalow, rather than a smaller, denser step down from one, and units here are still sized to match that ambition.
Being one of the older large-format towers in the area, most of our work at One Menerung is a resale unit being refreshed rather than a fresh handover — which usually means designing around an existing layout and finishes that need updating, not a blank shell. The scale is the same as it was in 2009; what's changed is what a kitchen, a wardrobe system or a bathroom is expected to do today.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
