One Eleven Menerung is BRDB's newest Menerung-area development, sited between Bangsar and Damansara Heights on a 0.83-acre freehold plot — a single 23-storey tower with only 111 suites, single and duplex units from 997 to 3,705 sq ft, all with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's scheduled for completion in 2027, so most current owners are still planning ahead of handover rather than furnishing today.
With such a wide size range in one tower, the brief varies a lot by unit: the smaller singles call for an efficient, built-in-heavy plan, while the duplex layouts need a proper stair and multi-level furnishing plan, closer to a small townhouse than a typical high-rise unit. Floor-to-ceiling glazing on every unit also means window treatment and glare control are part of the brief from day one, whichever size you're in.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
