Interior design studio ยท The Estate, South Bangsar

The Estate โ€” four corner units a floor, each with its own front door.

The Estate is one address among many we design for. See how Sundays in Bed works across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor โ€” real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.

High-rise building exterior with glass facade

The Estate sits on a 3.68-acre freehold plot in Bangsar South, developed by Bon Estates: two 46-storey towers holding 328 units in total, but only four corner units per floor, each with its own private lift lobby and keyless entry. Built-up areas run from 2,346 sq ft up to 7,057 sq ft, so even the smaller layouts here are on the generous side for a Bangsar South tower.

That four-a-floor layout changes the design brief in a specific way: with no shared corridor traffic past your own door, the entry sequence can be treated like a landed home's foyer rather than a condo hallway, and the corner aspect usually means two full walls of glazing to plan lighting and window treatment around rather than one.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

How do you plan for a corner unit with glazing on two sides?

We treat it as a lighting and privacy brief from day one โ€” layout, window treatment and furniture placement are all planned around where the light actually comes from, not assumed from a single-aspect layout.

Is The Estate within your service area?

Yes โ€” same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5โ€“6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys โ€” that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
