Solasta Dutamas is a YNH Property development of three towers in Dutamas — 1,159 freehold serviced residences in all, with Block C alone carrying 501 units across 42 storeys. Completion runs through the end of 2026. The layouts are compact and deliberately consistent: two-bedrooms at 720 and 750 sq ft, three-bedrooms at 880 and 900 sq ft.
Two things follow from that. The first is that a three-bedroom in 880 sq ft is a storage and circulation problem long before it is a decoration one. Every metre given to a hallway is a metre taken from a bedroom, and built-in joinery usually pays for itself in floor area you can actually stand in. Done well, a compact plan does not read as small — it reads as considered.
The second is scheduling. When more than a thousand units hand over inside a few months, every owner books the same lifts, the same loading bay and the same trades in the same window. Being early here is not a preference. It is the difference between a fit-out measured in weeks and one measured in seasons.

Frequently asked questions
Can a three-bedroom at 880 sq ft genuinely feel spacious?
Yes, but it is won in planning rather than in furniture. Reducing circulation, building storage into the structure rather than standing it against a wall, keeping sightlines long, and choosing fewer, better-proportioned pieces will do more for a compact plan than any amount of decorating afterwards.
Everyone in my block is fitting out at the same time. Does that affect my schedule?
It does, and we plan for it. Lift bookings, loading-bay slots, permitted working hours and contractor availability all tighten sharply during a mass handover. Starting the design before you collect the keys is the single most effective way to stay ahead of that queue.
When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
