TuJu Residences is an integrated residential and retail development by Distinctive World in the Duta North pocket off Jalan Kuching, Segambut — 932 homes running from 710 sq ft one-plus-ones up to 1,442 sq ft four-bedrooms, with completion expected in 2027.
That is an unusually wide spread for a single building, and it means your neighbour two floors up may be solving a completely different problem to you. A 710 sq ft one-plus-one is really a question about the second room: study now, nursery later, guest room in between. A 1,442 sq ft four-bedroom is a question about how four bedrooms and a family area share one compact floor plate without one of them becoming the leftover. The same palette can serve both homes. The same layout cannot.
Because handover is still ahead, there is room to make those decisions on paper — where joinery is built in, which walls earn their place, how the smaller second room is planned so it can change use twice without being rebuilt.

Frequently asked questions
Is TuJu Residences the same as Tujuh Residences?
No — they are two separate developments with confusingly similar names. TuJu Residences is off Jalan Kuching in Segambut. Tujuh Residences is in Kwasa Damansara, and we cover that one too.
My unit is a 1+1. Is it worth engaging a designer for something that small?
Small homes are where planning earns the most, because there is no spare space to absorb a mistake. The flat per-room fee also means a compact unit is priced as what it is — you are not paying a percentage of a budget you have not spent.
TuJu completes in 2027. When should I start?
Design work can begin well before handover, and it should. Layout, joinery and services are far cheaper to decide on paper than to correct in a finished unit — aim to start 5–6 months before your target move-in date at the very least.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
