With that many housing types on one masterplan, the design brief varies hugely by which precinct and home type you're in — a townhouse calls for a different plan than a bungalow on its own plot. We start every Eco Ardence project by confirming exactly which home type and precinct you're in before proposing a layout, rather than assuming one generic “township” plan fits all of them.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (waived if you go ahead with us) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Eco Ardence has several home types — do you design for all of them?
Yes — semi-Ds, link homes, bungalows, terraces and townhouses are all within scope. We confirm your specific home type and precinct first, since the brief differs across them.
When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
