The precinct is scheduled to complete around August 2027, so most owners here are planning well ahead of handover rather than furnishing an existing home.
A two-storey semi-D at this size gives real room to plan a proper household split — formal spaces downstairs, bedrooms and a family area upstairs — without the compromises a compact condo layout forces. Getting in early, before handover, also means we can plan built-ins and electrical points around the finished design rather than working around what's already fixed.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.
