Twins @ Damansara Heights floor plans, and settling in
Styling a Twins suite starts with what’s there and adds furniture, lighting, rugs and art, with no works.
Its 318 suites run from about 766 sq ft with one bedroom to about 2,078 sq ft with four rooms to sleep or work in, and the penthouses, over two or three floors, reach about 5,261 sq ft.
Twins is a pair of 36-storey towers in Pusat Bandar Damansara, completed in November 2010 by Paranero, a joint venture that included Lion Group and Heeton. Axis Architects Planners of Singapore designed it with Veritas Architects, and the gardens are by Clouston. MyRumahBaru describes the suites as having full-height windows from wall to wall.

Living with a Twins plan
Full-height glass gives a suite plenty of light and very little wall. Furniture floats rather than lines up, so a sofa backed by a low console, a rug that holds the seating together and a lamp on each side matter more than a feature wall.
Sheers do quiet work here. They soften the afternoon sun, give privacy from the office towers around Pusat Bandar Damansara, and stop the glass feeling like a shop window after dark.
In a one-bedroom suite, furniture does two jobs: a dining table that is also the desk, a bench at the foot of the bed that takes a suitcase.
Styling a rented suite at Twins @ Damansara Heights
Renting at Twins, you can change whatever stands free: furniture, rugs, lamps, curtains, art.
Drilling, built-ins or anything hacked needs the landlord’s written consent, then management’s approval.
A suite that came furnished
We list the landlord’s pieces with you and decide what stays, what moves and what goes into storage, then fill the gaps so the suite reads as one home, not two.
Glass walls and no drilling
Floor lamps instead of wall lights, art on an easel or a deep shelf, and a tall folding screen to make a reading corner without touching a wall.
Arriving on a set date
We dress the bedroom first, then the living room as the bigger pieces land, so the first nights are comfortable.
Pieces for the next move
A sofa, a dining table and rugs chosen in sizes that suit most city flats will travel with you when the lease ends.
Preparing your own suite for tenants
A suite refreshed with furniture before a new tenancy needs no permits. If it needs works, read the to-let note further down.
How styling a Twins @ Damansara Heights suite works
Your stylist plans each room with you, you approve the list, and when everything has arrived we set the suite out in one go, beds made and pictures hung.
New pieces usually take four to twelve weeks to arrive; the styling itself, a week or two. We order the large items first.
With 318 suites across two towers, deliveries go into slots booked with management. We keep the number of trips small and the corridors clear.
- Tell us about the move FreeWhich tower, which suite type, what’s already there, and the date you need it by.
- We visit and measure RM200, deducted if you go ahead with usEvery room and window measured, the landlord’s pieces noted, the light checked at different hours.
- Fee agreed, plan drawnThe rooms and fee in writing, then a layout and a buying list for each room.
- OrderingYou place the orders, and we track each delivery and book it in with management.
- Install dayYour stylist arranges every room, hangs the art and dresses the beds.
Moving cities, or just towers, is easier when someone else keeps the list. Ask your stylist anything along the way.

Want more than styling at Twins @ Damansara Heights?
For many Twins suites, furniture is enough.
Others are sound but tired: the kitchen from 2010, wardrobes that never quite fitted, bathrooms that need more than new towels.
Light that only comes from the ceiling. A spare room nobody can work in. That’s where interior design starts.
We help you decide what to keep, what to replace and what to do properly, one room at a time or the whole suite.
Styling makes the suite yours to live in. Interior design changes how it’s built.
Interior design at Twins @ Damansara Heights, for a longer stay
Twins suites have generous glass and a clean plan.
Sixteen years after completion, kitchens, wardrobes and lighting are where most people start.
A study fitted into the fourth room, a kitchen with more storage and a breakfast counter, layered lighting so the living room isn’t run from one switch, wardrobes rebuilt inside: these suites suit work in stages.

Renovation rules at Twins @ Damansara Heights
Twins’ management sets the rules for works. They aren’t published anywhere we could find, so the current copy, the deposit and the working hours are the first things we ask for.
We haven’t designed a Twins suite yet. On the first call we show you our project at Regent Suites, also in Damansara Heights, and others nearby.
Before any works at Twins
A tenant starts with the landlord’s written agreement. Management’s approval follows, and for permit work your contractor applies to Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
Moving a pipe or a wall usually needs all three, so we flag it at the first meeting. Styling with furniture alone needs none.
What interior design costs at Twins @ Damansara Heights
At Twins, our design fee is estimated at RM12,615–16,180 for a one-bedroom suite, RM23,310–30,440 for the larger three- and four-bedroom suites and RM26,875–34,005 for a five-bedroom penthouse.
It is for the design alone, agreed in writing first, and separate from renovation and furniture.
- Each room we design
- RM3,565
- Living and dining
- RM5,485
Each bedroom, the kitchen and any study count as one room at RM3,565; living and dining together, RM5,485. One bedroom: 2 × RM3,565 + RM5,485 = RM12,615. Three bedrooms with the fourth room as a study, or four bedrooms: 5 × RM3,565 + RM5,485 = RM23,310. A five-bedroom penthouse: RM26,875. The upper figures add one room for the one-bedroom suite and two for the rest.
Inside a design project, any room that needs only furniture is styled for half the usual rate.
3 bedrooms, a study and the kitchen make 5 rooms at RM3,565; living and dining are RM5,485. Foyer and yard carry no fee.
Two figures for each level: the essentials, then the same rooms with extras such as panelling, cove lights or an island.
What the two levels mean
Curated. Melamine or laminate carpentry, quartz or sintered stone tops, the existing ceiling kept or a new plaster ceiling. Furniture from Commune, Cellini, Fella Design, Dezign District, Poet Living, Big Brain, Gudang, Crown Livin and Dadswood.
Bespoke. Detailed joinery, sintered stone tops, a plaster ceiling with detailing. Furniture from Space Furniture, Tekni, BoConcept, King Living, Ambient Living, Stanzo, Forest Furniture, Roche Bobois, XTRA, Urban Edge, Molteni&C, Nostaloft, Flexform, Janine and Chesters Collection.
Reading the Twins estimates
A closed kitchen counts as one room. Where it opens onto the living area, it folds into living and dining and RM3,565 comes off; the visit tells us which.
For a three-bedroom suite with its fourth room as a study, our fee plus Curated renovation and furniture (Commune, Cellini, Poet Living) comes to about RM233k–409k.
| Home | Our fee | Curated | Bespoke |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 bed + study about 2,078 sq ft | RM23,310–30,440 | RM210k–385k | RM411k–853k |
| 4 bed about 2,000 sq ft | RM23,310–30,440 | RM220k–379k | RM430k–841k |
| 1 bed about 766 sq ft | RM12,615–16,180 | RM143k–251k | RM291k–576k |
| Penthouse about 5,261 sq ft | RM26,875–34,005 | RM252k–522k | RM486k–1,132k |
Curated furniture comes from Commune, Cellini and Poet Living; Bespoke from Space Furniture, BoConcept and Molteni&C. Our fee is in neither column.
October 2026 estimates, to be confirmed by contractors’ quotes.

Is Twins a condominium or a serviced residence?
A serviced residence, on a serviced-apartment title, completed in 2010 on freehold land. For styling it makes no difference; for works, management’s rules apply as in any strata building.
