Interior designer at Tiffani Kiara
The keys to Tiffani Kiara, and a home that already feels yours.
Dark wood or light, a landlord’s sofa or empty rooms: whatever your Tiffani home came with, we start there and add what is missing. Lamps, rugs, art and furniture chosen for the way you actually spend an evening, and light enough to follow you to the next address. No renovation needed. Just a home that feels like you.

Walnut, a glazed lamp and a rug in deep reds. Darker wood like this sits easily beside a home handed over in the Modern Classical finish, and none of it is built in.

Making Tiffani Kiara feel like home: floor plans and styling
At Tiffani Kiara the first styling question is a colour one: was your home handed over in dark wood or light? Everything we add takes its cue from that answer, and none of it needs works.
The floor plans below show the space you have to play with.
Few buildings in Mont Kiara give a stylist such a clear starting point. Tiffani Kiara, sold as Tiffani by i-Zen, came from Ireka on Jalan Kiara 1, the same partnership behind One Mont Kiara and Seni, and it offered buyers a choice of two finished interiors rather than a bare shell.
The homes range widely. Ireka grouped them into three families, Radiant, Ideale and Kallista, and they run from a single bedroom to four plus one.
- 815 sq ftOne bedroom, two bathrooms (Radiant)
- 1,641 sq ftThree bedrooms plus one, three bathrooms (Radiant)
- 1,756–2,257 sq ftThree bedrooms plus one, three bathrooms (Ideale)
- 2,726–3,729 sq ftFour bedrooms plus one, five bathrooms (Kallista)
Sizes as StarProperty and MyRumahBaru list the developer’s types; a Kallista 4+1 is more than four times the smallest Radiant. We measure your own plan rather than trust a brochure.
Two handover finishes, and how to style each
Every home was delivered fitted with air-conditioning and appliances, in Modern Classical or Contemporary. The first leans on dark timber and classical mouldings; the second on pale timber, clean-edged counters and polished floors.
Seventeen years later, most homes still carry one or the other. If yours is the darker finish, walnut, cognac leather, oxblood and aged brass belong in the room. If it is the lighter one, think oak, undyed linen, travertine and sage. The rooms that feel unsettled usually have a bit of both, and one bridging piece, a rug that holds both tones, tends to calm them.
The +1 room needs a decision early. We look at its window and its size on the visit, then suggest what it becomes: a desk room, a bed for visitors, or a place for luggage between trips.
Styling a rented Tiffani Kiara home
Renting at Tiffani Kiara still leaves you most of the room to play with.
Loose furniture, lamps, textiles and art are yours to change; the handover joinery stays, and anything attached to a wall waits for your landlord’s written yes.
When the landlord’s furniture is already in place
Many Tiffani homes are let with a full set of someone else’s pieces. We go round the rooms with you, photograph each item, and sort it into three columns: keeps its place, moves to another room, or goes back to the landlord if the tenancy lets it.
The handover wood tone is the referee. A landlord’s glass dining table may look odd against Modern Classical timber; a pale sofa may sit beautifully in a Contemporary home. Often moving two lamps and a rug settles more than any new purchase.
What your tenancy agreement probably says
Look for the clauses on furnishing and on alterations. Furniture and soft things are normally yours to swap. Nails, rods and floating shelves leave marks, so most landlords want to be asked; hacking, carpentry, wiring and plumbing need permission in writing, and then the building’s approval.
A refusal is rarely the end. Pictures can lean on a ledge or a sideboard, clothes can hang on a standing rail in the +1 room, and floor lamps can do the work of a new ceiling light.
Moving in on a set day
Give us the date at the start. Sofas and dining tables take longest to arrive, so they are chosen in the first week; cushions and throws wait till the end. The main bedroom is finished first, so the first night is restful even if the living room isn’t ready.
Choosing pieces for your next move too
Tiffani has homes from one bedroom to Kallista 4+1s, and the next home may be either size. We favour a dining table that extends, rugs and lamps that suit most rooms, and a sofa that would not swamp a smaller living room.
Readying a Tiffani home between tenants
For a landlord, styling can turn a tired let into a fresh one without touching the joinery: loose furniture refreshed to suit the handover finish, rooms dressed, nothing drilled. If it needs works as well, the note on furnishing to let further down has the figures.
Styling at Tiffani Kiara, from first call to install day
A Tiffani Kiara styling project has one stylist from beginning to end.
We decide the rooms with you, you approve every purchase, and we come back to set it all out once the last box arrives.
Setting the rooms takes a week or two. Anything ordered new usually needs four to twelve weeks to arrive, which is why the slow pieces go on the list first.
Before booking a delivery, we check with Tiffani Kiara’s management which hours vans may unload and how the lift is reserved.
- A conversation about the finish and the date FreeWhich handover finish you have, who is moving in, what is arriving by sea or air, and the day you want to sleep there.
- A visit with a tape and a camera RM200, deducted if you go ahead with usRooms measured, the +1 room and the wood tone noted, and every loose piece photographed and sorted.
- Fee agreed, then a plan per roomThe rooms and our fee go in writing first. Then a placement plan and a buying list for each room, slowest pieces at the top.
- Buying, at the pace you setOrder from the list yourself or let our Procurement Concierge do it. Either way we track what has landed and what is still on its way.
- The day it all comes togetherYour stylist places the furniture, hangs the art, sets the lamps and makes the beds.
A new address in Mont Kiara comes with enough to remember. Let us hold the list of orders, deliveries and dates; ask us where things stand whenever you like.
What styling costs at Tiffani Kiara
Our estimated styling fee at Tiffani Kiara is RM7,780–11,210 for a 3+1 and RM9,495–12,925 for a Kallista 4+1, with each room at RM1,715 and the open-plan living and dining at RM2,635.
We put the figure in writing before any work starts.
Two numbers, because homes differ. The first covers the bedrooms plus the living and dining together. The second allows for two extra rooms, such as the +1 room as a study and a dressing area, or a single extra room in the 815 sq ft one-bedroom. No room is styled free, and a big room costs the same as a small one.
| Tiffani home | Rooms in the first figure | From | Up to |
|---|---|---|---|
| One bedroom 815 sq ft | Bedroom, living and dining | RM4,350 | RM6,065 |
| Radiant or Ideale 3+1 1,641–2,257 sq ft | Three bedrooms, living and dining | RM7,780 | RM11,210 |
| Kallista 4+1 2,726–3,729 sq ft | Four bedrooms, living and dining | RM9,495 | RM12,925 |
The sums: one-bedroom, RM1,715 + RM2,635 = RM4,350, up to RM6,065. A 3+1, three rooms at RM1,715 plus RM2,635 = RM7,780, up to RM11,210. A Kallista, four rooms plus the living and dining = RM9,495, up to RM12,925.
Estimates for October 2026. The furniture itself is a separate spend, from a shortlist we draw up around your budget.
What you get for the fee
A conversation first, face to face or on video, over your photos and floor plan. Then a measuring visit, where we look hard at what you already own and the finish you were handed. After that, a placement plan and a buying list for every room you chose, from the sofa down to the frames. When the deliveries are in, a stylist arrives to set the rooms.
Prefer not to place the orders yourself? Our Procurement Concierge buys, chases and receives everything for you.
Want more than styling at Tiffani Kiara?
For many Tiffani homes, new furniture is enough.
For others, the sofa is the easy part and the handover kitchen is the real question.
Maybe the Modern Classical cabinets have never been to your taste, or the bathrooms show their seventeen years. Interior design is how those change.
We help you decide what stays, what goes and what deserves proper money, in one room or across the whole home.
Styling changes what is in the home. Interior design changes the home itself.
Interior design at Tiffani Kiara, when home needs a little more
Tiffani Kiara arrived finished, down to the wood.
That is a gift for styling and, after seventeen years, sometimes a limit: kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes in a finish you didn’t choose, or that has simply worn.
The work rarely needs to start from nothing. The plans are sound and the rooms are well proportioned; what usually changes is the surface you live with every day.
A kitchen in a finish you like, wardrobes rebuilt inside for how you dress, a bathroom brought up to date: we can take them one at a time, in whichever order matters to you.
What a Tiffani Kiara renovation usually covers
- KeepLayoutThree- and four-bedroom plans with a +1 room; nothing to add
- AdaptWardrobesSound carcasses can take new doors in the wood tone you prefer, retiring the handover finish without a rebuild
- RenewKitchen, bathsThe likeliest rooms to redo for a long stay, in stages if you like
- CheckCeilings, planCeiling heights and kitchen layouts aren’t published, so we measure and read your plan
Your purchase or tenancy papers list what the home came with; we compare them with the rooms on the visit.
Renovation rules at Tiffani Kiara
Tiffani Kiara’s renovation rules aren’t published anywhere we could find. Before quoting, we ask management for the current version, including the deposit, permitted working hours and the forms. We haven’t yet designed a home in this building, so on the first call we show you homes we have designed in other parts of Kuala Lumpur.
Before any works at Tiffani Kiara
Permission comes in three layers. A tenant first needs the landlord’s consent in writing. Next comes management’s written approval under its rules. Some works also need a council permit, which your chosen contractor applies for.
Plumbing moved, a wall removed or anything structural will usually need all three, so we raise it at the first meeting. Styling without a drill needs none.
What interior design costs at Tiffani Kiara
Our design fee at Tiffani Kiara is estimated at RM19,745–26,875 for a 3+1 and RM23,310–30,440 for a Kallista 4+1.
It covers the design work only and is agreed in writing before we start; building work and furniture are budgeted separately.
- Each room we design
- RM3,565
- Living and dining
- RM5,485
Our fee is for the design service. Renovation and furniture are separate budgets, shown below.
For a Tiffani 3+1, the first figure counts three bedrooms and the kitchen at RM3,565 each, with the living and dining at RM5,485: RM19,745. A Kallista adds its fourth bedroom: RM23,310. The second figure allows two more rooms, perhaps a bathroom and the +1 room as a study, making RM26,875 and RM30,440.
Interior design brings our Procurement Concierge with it, and any room that only needs styling is charged at half the styling rate.
3 bedrooms and the kitchen: 4 rooms at RM3,565, plus the open-plan living and dining at RM5,485. The foyer and any yard or service area are designed free.
Within each level, the lower figure covers the essentials; the upper figure adds extras such as a feature wall, LED strips and a kitchen island.
What the two levels mean
Curated. Melamine or laminate carpentry, quartz or sintered stone tops, the existing ceiling kept or a new plaster ceiling. Furniture from Commune, Cellini, Fella Design, Dezign District, Poet Living, Big Brain, Gudang, Crown Livin and Dadswood.
Bespoke. Detailed joinery, sintered stone tops, a plaster ceiling with detailing. Furniture from Space Furniture, Tekni, BoConcept, King Living, Ambient Living, Stanzo, Forest Furniture, Roche Bobois, XTRA, Urban Edge, Molteni&C, Nostaloft, Flexform, Janine and Chesters Collection.
Reading the Tiffani estimate
The kitchen is counted as its own room, which suits a closed kitchen. If yours opens onto the dining area, take RM3,565 off; the visit settles it. Our fee is paid in stages and stays where we agreed it, even when you choose a dearer stone or timber.
For a 1,756 sq ft Ideale 3+1, our fee plus renovation and furniture at Curated (Commune, Cellini, Poet Living) comes to roughly RM214k–356k.
| Tiffani home | Design fee | Curated | Bespoke |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ideale 3+1 1,641–2,257 sq ft | RM19,745–26,875 | RM194k–336k | RM383k–752k |
| Kallista 4+1 2,726–3,729 sq ft | RM23,310–30,440 | RM222k–408k | RM433k–901k |
Curated means furniture from Commune, Cellini and Poet Living; Bespoke, from Space Furniture, BoConcept and Molteni&C. Both columns are works and furniture, before our fee.
Estimates for October 2026, to be confirmed by a quotation.
Behind the renovation figures
We priced Tiffani as an older home, so new flooring is included. Bathrooms are not in the first figure; add the ones you would redo in the calculator.
The ranges allow for wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, bedroom air-conditioners, a washer-dryer, a hob and a hood. Keep the handover ones and those come off. Vanities are outside these numbers.
Furnishing to let?
Getting a Tiffani home ready for new tenants? Where it only needs furniture, styling may cover it. Where works are needed too, our Essential level (Ikea, SSF Home or Harvey Norman) is quicker to fit and copes with the turnover of a let. The design fee doesn’t change with the level.

FAQ
Tiffani Kiara styling and interior design questions
My Tiffani Kiara home came part-furnished. Where do you start?
With an inventory. In a part-furnished Tiffani Kiara home we photograph every loose piece, note the handover finish, and decide with you what stays, what moves and what goes back. Only then do we fill the gaps.
Does my landlord need to agree before I style a Tiffani Kiara home?
Not for loose things. Rugs, lamps, furniture and art leaned rather than hung are yours to change at Tiffani Kiara. Drilling, carpentry or any works need the landlord’s consent in writing first, then management’s approval.
What is the styling fee for a Tiffani Kiara home?
Roughly RM7,780–11,210 for a 3+1, RM9,495–12,925 for a Kallista 4+1 and RM4,350–6,065 for the one-bedroom. Each bedroom is RM1,715 and the living and dining RM2,635; the higher figure adds extra rooms such as a study. We agree it in writing, and furniture is paid for separately.
What does styling a Tiffani Kiara home involve?
A call, a measuring visit, a placement plan and buying list for each room, and an install day once everything arrives. At Tiffani Kiara you can style a single bedroom or every room. You buy the pieces, or our Procurement Concierge does.
How quickly can a Tiffani Kiara home be styled?
Allow one to two weeks for the styling itself, plus four to twelve weeks for any new furniture to arrive. For a Tiffani Kiara move-in we order the slow pieces first, and the first call can happen on video before you land.
Will new furniture suit Tiffani Kiara’s handover wood finish?
Yes, if the palette starts from it. Tiffani Kiara homes were delivered in Modern Classical, with dark wood, or Contemporary, with light wood. Walnut, leather and deep reds suit the first; oak, linen and stone the second. A rug and lamps can draw the eye away from a finish you don’t love, with no works.
What layouts does Tiffani Kiara have?
From an 815 sq ft one-bedroom to Kallista 4+1s of about 2,700 to 3,700 sq ft. Most family homes are Radiant or Ideale 3+1s of about 1,600 to 2,300 sq ft. The developer named the three families Radiant, Ideale and Kallista.
Styling or interior design: which does my Tiffani Kiara home need?
Styling if the rooms work and simply need to feel yours. Interior design if the kitchen, the bathrooms or the handover wardrobes at Tiffani Kiara are the problem. Plenty of people style first and redesign a room at a time later.
What is the interior design fee at Tiffani Kiara?
An estimated RM19,745–26,875 for a 3+1 and RM23,310–30,440 for a Kallista 4+1 at Tiffani Kiara, agreed in writing. It counts the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living and dining, with two more rooms in the higher figure. Works and furniture are separate: about RM194k–336k at Curated (Commune, Cellini, Poet Living) for a 1,756 sq ft 3+1.
Are there renovation rules at Tiffani Kiara?
Yes, set by the building’s management, though Tiffani Kiara doesn’t publish them. We request the current rules, deposit and working hours before quoting. Tenants need the landlord’s written consent first.
Which services do you offer at Tiffani Kiara?
Room-by-room styling for tenants and owners at Tiffani Kiara, and full interior design for kitchens, bathrooms and joinery. We draw, compare contractors’ quotes with you and oversee the site, while contractors build. Styling and the Procurement Concierge can be booked alone; Virtual Design serves homes beyond Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
