Allevia sits on Jalan Kiara 4 — UEM Sunrise's freehold development on a 2.94-acre plot, two towers of 40 and 45 storeys holding 294 units, with sizes from 1,703 to 2,634 sq ft. The development is built around a "bungalow in the sky" concept: just four units per floor with no shared party walls between them, which is a genuinely different privacy proposition from a standard high-rise layout.
No adjoining walls means every room gets real, uninterrupted window frontage rather than sharing a party wall with a neighbour's bedroom — which opens up more options for where we place beds, wardrobes and living furniture, since we're not designing around a shared-wall constraint the way most towers require.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Does a no-party-wall layout actually change how you design?
Yes — with a full external wall on more sides of the unit, we have more flexibility in where furniture and joinery can go without running into a shared-wall constraint.

When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
