Livista Residence is marketed as the last freehold development in Bandar Sri Damansara — a township that sits right on the KL–Selangor boundary, about 450 metres from the Damansara West MRT2 station currently under construction. At 700 units across two towers, it's a sizeable building, with layouts kept to a manageable three sizes: 690, 1,012 and 1,035 sq ft, two and three bedrooms.

Being freehold and transit-linked in a mostly-built-out township, buyers here tend to be young families and professionals settling in for the long term rather than short-term investors — which usually means durability and everyday livability matter more than a purely rental-ready finish.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design differently for a long-term owner versus a rental unit?

Yes — for a long-term home we lean toward more durable materials and personal storage solutions, rather than the lower-maintenance, neutral choices we'd make for a rental.

Is Livista Residence within your service area?

Yes — same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
