D'Terra Residences is the sixth phase of Exsim's Central Park Damansara township, and it comes with an unusual starting point for a design brief: select units are built with "hackable walls" — movable partitions rather than fixed ones — plus elderly-friendly touches like foyer and bathroom ramps built in from the start.
