Interior design studio · D'Tessera Residences, Damansara Perdana

D'Tessera, the next phase after D'Terra.

Damansara Perdana is one address among many we design for. See how Sundays in Bed works across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.

High-rise building exterior with glass facade

D'Tessera Residences is Central Park Damansara's seventh phase — one after its sibling D'Terra, by the same developer, on the same 65-acre township, and sharing the same flexible "hackable wall" design language. It's worth knowing the two buildings are genuinely distinct addresses, though: D'Tessera's 671 units run larger, 1,100 to 1,331 sq ft across 3+1 to 4+1-bedroom layouts, geared toward bigger households than its earlier sibling.

Being a later phase in an established township, most of the surrounding amenities — the 10-acre park, One Utama, IKEA Damansara — are already built and open, rather than still under construction around a new handover.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Should I mention which phase of Central Park Damansara I'm in?

Yes, please — D'Terra and D'Tessera are separate buildings with different layouts, so knowing exactly which one you're in helps us scope accurately from the start.

Is D'Tessera Residences within your service area?

Yes — same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
