Alix Residences is a TA Global development on Jalan Dutamas Raya in Kiara North — 364 freehold units across two towers, in seven layouts running from 1,012 sq ft to 2,476 sq ft. It was 96% sold by the time the structure topped out, and it is now complete. That puts most owners here in the same position at the same time: keys in hand, an empty unit, and a decision about how long it stays that way.

My unit is already handed over. How quickly can you start?
A site visit can usually be arranged within the week, and the design brief follows from there. The sooner we see the actual unit — not the floor plan — the sooner the fee is fixed and the programme is real.
Do you work around building management's renovation rules?
Yes, and we plan for them from the start. Approved working hours, renovation deposits, permitted wet works, lift and loading-bay bookings and debris removal all shape the sequence of a fit-out in an occupied building. Treating them as an afterthought is what turns a six-week job into a five-month one.

Yes.
