The Conlay is a 51-storey serviced residence by E&O and Mitsui Fudosan, on the corner of Jalan Conlay and Jalan Kia Peng, next to Conlay MRT station. Its 491 units are sold fully furnished: 297 residences on levels 12 to 34, from one bedroom to 2+1 at 743 to 1,335 sq ft, and 194 Signature Suites on levels 37 to 51, from 635 to 3,617 sq ft. The tower topped out in December 2024, when completion was scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. It is a separate project from KSK Land's 8 Conlay (YOO8).

Usually we work with it. Units here are sold fully furnished, so the brief is about what to keep, what to swap and what to add, rather than starting from bare walls. We go through it with you, piece by piece, before anything is bought.
How soon can you start after I get in touch?
It depends on scope, but we'll map a realistic timeline against your move-in date on the discovery call.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
