The Conlay is the residential name for YOO8, the Kempinski-serviced branded residence towers within KSK Land's 8 Conlay development on Jalan Conlay — two towers of up to 62 storeys, with units running roughly 700 to 1,300 sq ft. We design every The Conlay project the same considered way: one dedicated designer, a proper plan before anything is bought or built, and a flat fee agreed before we begin.
A Kempinski-serviced branded residence comes with its own five-star finishes and service standards already built in, which shifts the brief: less about establishing a baseline, more about layering in the personal details — art, furniture, lighting — that a hotel-branded shell doesn't provide on its own.
RM3,565 per standard room for the complete interior design service (RM5,485 for open-plan living-dining), RM1,715 for styling. A site visit is RM200, credited back if you proceed.

We work with it — the base finishes are genuinely good here, so the brief is usually about layering in personal choices rather than stripping back what's already there.
How soon can you start after I get in touch?

Is this part of your normal service area?
Yes — same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.
Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?
Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
