Emerald Hill is GuocoLand Malaysia's freehold development in Alam Damai, Cheras — a large mixed development of 1,378 condominium units across four blocks alongside 181 terraced homes on the same plot. Condo layouts are compact, from 807 to 1,119 sq ft, while the terraces run considerably larger, with the two-storey option built up to 2,594 sq ft and the three-storey to 3,005 sq ft.
Having both formats on one site means we get genuinely different briefs from neighbours here — a condo owner is usually working with a fixed, efficient footprint, while a terrace owner has multiple floors and a garden to plan around. We price and design each on its own terms rather than assuming one approach fits both.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

When should I get in touch?
As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
