Elmina Green and Valley, the phases already lived in.

City of Elmina is one address among many we design for. See how Sundays in Bed works across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.

Aerial view of an expansive housing development

Elmina Green and Elmina Valley are two of the earlier terrace and link-house series in the City of Elmina — and unlike the township's newest launches, several of their phases are already completed and lived in. Green Six (255 units) finished in 2024 and Green Seven (316 units) in May 2025, both fully sold; Valley 5 is listed as move-in ready. That makes this pocket of Elmina one of the few here where a resale or a lightly-lived-in refresh is actually more likely than a brand-new handover.

Sizes across these phases run roughly 2,170 to 3,541 sq ft, four to four-plus-one bedrooms — comfortable family terraces where the brief is as likely to be updating a few years' wear as furnishing from empty.

One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin, and a RM200 Klang Valley site visit (deducted from your project cost if you proceed) to see your specific home before anything is quoted.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take on refresh projects in already-lived-in homes, not just new handovers?

Yes — a lightly-used Elmina Green or Valley home gets the same flat per-room process as a brand-new one.

Is Elmina Green and Valley within your service area?

Yes — same Klang Valley-wide site-visit fee and flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.

When should I get in touch?

As early as you can. We'd suggest 5–6 months before your target move-in date, or as soon as you have the keys — that gives us lots of room to plan around.

Can I keep and reuse furniture I already own?

Yes. The Interior Styling tier is built specifically around working with what you already have, adding new decorative and accessory pieces around your existing furniture rather than replacing it outright. Even with a full Interior design project, you can flag which pieces you want to keep during your project brief, and the design is planned to incorporate them.
