Bukit Bintang is Kuala Lumpur's retail and entertainment core, and almost everything residential here is high-rise — serviced residences and condominiums sitting directly above Pavilion, Lot 10 and Sungei Wang. Very little of it is large.
That makes this the most layout-sensitive area we work in. Storage has to be designed in rather than added, a work-from-home corner has to come out of a room that is already doing something else, and window treatment matters more than usual when the view is a busy street at street level and a skyline higher up. A good share of these homes are also bought to let, so finishes need to survive turnover and the handover needs to be complete rather than staged.
One flat fee per room, agreed before we begin. Interior Styling is RM1,715 per standard room, the complete Interior Design service RM3,565, and a Bukit Bintang site visit is RM200, deducted from your project cost if you proceed.
