Sue's Kitchen

Rather than replacing the developer’s kitchen, we looked at how a few thoughtful changes could make it feel fresher, lighter and more personal. The dated black countertop was replaced with a crisp white surface, while the glass splash back was replaced with green tiles for a more characterised look.

An awkward corner found a new purpose as a wine and coffee bar, finished in warm oak to add depth while carrying the green tiles through for a sense of continuity. And because Sue loves to bake and host, the kitchen was planned around movement—giving her room to prep, cook and serve while still being part of the conversation.

A kitchen that doesn’t just serve the meal, but brings everyone into it.
