Petaling Jaya is a city of two very different kinds of homes, sometimes a street apart. On one side, new condo towers rising around PJ Sentral and the stretch bordering Ara Damansara — bare units handed over on a schedule, waiting for someone to turn them into somewhere to live. On the other, the older landed neighbourhoods — SS2, Section 17, Kelana Jaya, Damansara Jaya, Bandar Utama — where a house has usually been lived in for years and needs updating rather than starting from zero.

We design for both. Whether you've just collected the keys to a new condo, or your SS2 landed home is finally due the rooms that never quite worked — the starting point is the same: a flat fee per room, fixed before we begin, and no surprises added mid-project. We work mostly with new-home owners and young families across PJ who want a home that feels finished, not a renovation that drags on with an open-ended bill.
