TTDI, designed to match the neighbourhood you chose.
TTDI is one address. See how Sundays in Bed designs homes across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — real projects, real pricing, one flat fee, all in one place.
Summary of TTDI
Taman Tun Dr Ismail — TTDI to almost everyone who actually lives there — is one of the Klang Valley's most established and most quietly sought-after addresses: leafy, low-rise, built around Taman Rimba Kiara and a genuine walkable town centre, decades before "walkable" became a selling point in a property listing.
TTDI's appeal was never about scale — it's mature rain trees over 1970s and 80s bungalows and semi-Ds, a town centre you can actually walk to, and a wave of good cafes and restaurants that grew up around the residents rather than the other way round. That understated character is exactly what most TTDI homeowners want protected, not replaced, when they renovate.
Most TTDI projects start with a home that already has good bones — generous plots, solid structures, decades of quiet upkeep — but a layout and set of finishes that no longer match how the household actually lives. We design around what's worth keeping: the garden, the proportions, the character, while reworking the parts that haven't kept pace, room by room rather than as one disruptive gut renovation.
The same flat Klang Valley rate applies here as everywhere else: RM3,565 per standard room for the complete interior design service (RM5,485 for open-plan living-dining), RM1,715 for styling. A TTDI site visit is RM200, deducted from your project cost if you proceed.

Frequently asked questions
Do you design landed homes in TTDI, or mainly newer condos?
Landed homes, mostly — TTDI is still overwhelmingly bungalows, semi-Ds and terraces, and that's the majority of our work here, alongside the area's smaller number of newer condo developments.
Can you work around an older TTDI bungalow's existing structure and garden?
Yes — we design around what's worth keeping, including mature gardens and existing structural elements, rather than assuming every project starts from a blank shell.
Is TTDI part of your normal service area?
Yes — it's part of our standard Klang Valley service area, same site-visit fee and same flat per-room pricing as everywhere else we work.
