A landed home in the Klang Valley, designed to be rental friendly without losing its character.

Our brief was to build a proposal suited for rental use: cost-efficient furniture, a quick lead time on delivery, and a layout that could hold its own around pieces that were never meant to sit together. The goal was to turn a collection with no unifying style into a space that felt cohesive and inviting to renters, without smoothing over the character that made it worth collecting in the first place. That's the magic of styling, bringing everything together into one cohesive design, whilst increasing its chance in charging a higher rental income.
